Honesty Is The Best Policy
Mr Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu was always miles away from corruption and bigotry. He was led by great principles. He won the trust of millions of people by just being honest in his path of work.
We all know a leader who’s not honest and true to their teammates are not trusted by anyone. So being honest is very important. This is one of the advices we got from Mr Babu.
Doing What You Promised To Do
Mr Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu was a one word person. He always did what he said he’d do. He never broke people’s trust. That’s why we all love him.
We know no one would follow a leader who lies. If a leader’s words and actions don’t match, no one would believe in them. False promises is the last thing anyone would want. So being honest while saying something or promising to do something is another advice we got from Mr Babu.
Be Kind and Accepting
Mr Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu always admitted to his mistakes. He never denied them nor did he try to blame others.
A good leader would accept his faults and discuss about it with his subordinates. If he denies them or blames others, that only proves his disability to be a good leader. So we should be accepting.
On the other hand, Mr Babu was also very kind. He would listen to what others would say and then work on it. If there was a problem, he would try to solve it calmly. He tried his best to relate to People’s feelings.
He leader who doesn’t care at all is disliked. So we must be kind towards people.
Try To Be Helpful To People
Words aren’t enough to describe Mr Babu’s contributions to the country. During the liberation war, he conducted the works of the conflict committee from his residence.
The declaration of independence was sent to all locations through Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra. When Bangabandhu was murdered in 1975, Mr Babu still maintained contact with the leaders of the party even though his life was at risk. He played a courageous part in the revival and reorganisation of the party.
He also used his parliamentary rights to develop Chittagong. He worked for concrete developments that’d last long. Predictably he received the “Independence Award 2021” for his incredible contributions!
As he was always so helpful, everyone liked Mr Babu. He never missed a chance to help others. Everyone likes a helping hand. So that’s another piece of advice we got from Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu.
Mr Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu was acknowledged not for his fame or wealth but for his actions. He kept contributing to his country till his death. Even after his death, his contributions prevail.
