All politicians have varying reports and views at the method and features essential for powerful management. And not all situations require the same type of leadership style. Great leaders adapt to their surrounding environments and empower the team to succeed together. Everybody defines leadership differently but I really like the way John C Maxwell defines leadership, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the path.”  Irrespective of how you define a leader, he or she will show to be a distinction maker among achievement and failure. A good leader has a futuristic vision and knows how to turn his ideas into real-world success stories.  Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu had a big goal. He always wanted to lead his country and nation to prosperity. He was an ideal leader and everyone loved him. But is it so easy to be an ideal leader and win the love of everyone? No leader can win everyone’s love so easily if he wants to. A leader has to work hard for this, which was done by our dear leader Mr. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu.

Today we will talk about what Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu did in difficult times. Let’s get started.

▶️ The Way He Handled Everything In The Great Liberation War Of 1971

◻️1. December has been established as the month of victory of our nation. On 16 December 1971, the Pakistani ruling class, the military and their allies were defeated and forced to surrender. The great hero of this glorious chapter is Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of the greatest Bengali nation of all time. Along with this great hero were the hands of some other heroes among whom Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu was one.Pakistani soldiers brutally tortured millions of people in our country, they played with the honor of our mothers and sisters, they carried out cruel cruelty on helpless people. So the hot blood of the youth could not stop seeing this unbearable oppression. They came down to stop the enemies. So during the war of liberation some youths of the country came down to the field and some youths worked for the country from behind. This Akhtaruzzaman Babu helped in the great liberation war of Bangladesh from behind. Akhtaruzzaman has been lively in numerous activities on the grounds that the start of the war of liberation. He joined the team to fight against the enemies as he had love, affection and patriotism towards the country. How much can a person do for his motherland?

As much as possible, it is recorded in the pages of history. This first rate chief of ours has done precisely what the whole global recalls him for his brave appropriate deeds.

◻️2. The Great Liberation War needed strong and helping hands. Just then, Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu, the proud son of Chittagong, extended a helping hand in the brutal situation of the war. One of the organizers of the great liberation war of 1971 was our brave leader Alhaj Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu.

◻️3. A statement from the South District Awami League said that when the non-cooperation movement was going on on the eve of the liberation war, Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury was conducting the works of the battle committee from his Jupiter house in Patharghata. After the declaration of independence of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu came to Chittagong, it was cyclostyled from Akhtaruzzaman’s Jupiter House. The people have delivered all the news to it in time.

◻️4. He did so much good for the country because he had love, affection and patriotism for the country. When a man does something for his country, it takes place in the pages of history. This great leader of ours has done exactly what the whole world remembers him for his brave deeds. When the war of liberation started, he migrated to India. While there, he achieved numerous duties of the expatriate Bangladesh government. Amongst diverse exact deeds, he turned into an honest and ideal member of the relaxation and rehabilitation committee of the Mujibnagar government. The war of liberation needed various helping hands. He himself extended a helping hand, and in order to build world public opinion with the people of the world, he traveled to Foreign and visited various parts of Europe and America. He first went to London. From there, Akhtaruzzaman went to the United States as a member of the Bangladesh delegation led by means of Justice Abu Saeed Chowdhury. Akhtaruzzaman has been lively in numerous works in view that the start of the warfare of liberation.

▶️ The way he handled all the situations after the assassination of the Father of the Nation in 1975

◻️1. The great architect of independence, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was Himalayan. Legendary revolutionary Fidel Castro, the former president of Cuba, has compared him to the Himalayas. He said, “I have not seen the Himalayas, but I have seen Sheikh Mujib.” He is like the Himalayas in personality and courage. It is really difficult to summarize the life-work-achievement of this personality like the Himalayas.

◻️2. The man who helped make the whole of Bangladesh independent was killed on 14th August,1975. 4 years after the great war of liberation, millions of tears came to the soil of Bengal. Bangabandhu, the great leader of Bengal, was assassinated in 1975 in his own family. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu did not stop there. At the risk of his own life, he maintained contact with the leaders and workers of the party and later played a courageous role in the revival and reorganization of the party.

◻️3. He was the forerunner of the movement in Chittagong. His contribution in organizing the Awami League after 1975 was immense. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu had all the qualities that an honest and idealistic politician and social worker should have. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu became a patriot from head to toe, he became an area worker on the manner to construct Bangabandhu’s golden Bengal. He was a patriot and his only goal was to build the golden Bengal of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Leader of the People Sheikh Hasina.

▶️ Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu Was Imprisoned While Serving The Country

◻️1. Historically seen that great leaders imprisoned for doing good for their country. Because good people have more enemies. Not all people are the same. Some are good and some are bad. People of different natures live in the world. Let me explain this. Suppose you live in a society. There are people of different natures in that society. With so many people you are going to do something good for that society. You are going to implement the work for the betterment of that society. And if you want to implement something, you can’t do it alone, you need help. So some good people in your society supported you in this work. They also joined you in improving the society. Then entry will be some bad people in the society. These bad people will not do anything by themselves but they will prevent you from doing good deeds. They never want society to improve. Bad people can’t improve themselves and don’t let anyone improve. This is exactly what happened to Mr. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu in the eighties.

◻️2. The anti-authoritarian movement started in the eighties. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu, our great politician was also in this movement. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu also played a very strong role in this movement. He was tortured while protesting against the dictatorship. This great leader has been imprisoned and worked for his country.

▶️ Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu Faced A Critical Controversy

◻️1. There is and will always be controversy in the life of a good person. Where there is more popularity, there is more controversy. Controversy is when a person discusses and criticizes a lot about an incident. Literary, singers, writers, poets, actors, actresses, politicians, lawyers, news reporters, including almost all famous people will be controversial. This is nothing new. This practice has been going on for a long time. That is why the great leader Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu was not freed from a controversy.

◻️2. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu was accused of irregularities but there was no evidence against him. According to Zafar Ahmed Chowdhury, former chairman of the bank, he led ‘hired thugs’ at the bank’s headquarters and forced the board of directors to resign. Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu was removed from the post of chairman when the opposition BNP regained power. He never lost faith in it. Even in such a complex situation, he kept his self-confidence intact. Later he got the vote of Awami League government and returned to his motherland Bangladesh.

Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu is a burning example of a man who lives by his deeds. Very few people can come into the world and win the hearts of all, win the love of all, live in the minds of all. The brand new generation has lots to learn from the biography of Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu as a healthy and clean politician. Despite getting the opportunity to be a minister normally in his existence, he did not deviate from the beliefs of Bangabandhu. He was a very far-sighted and prudent politician. Chittagong is a shining star in the political arena of Bangladesh. He is a bright star of Chittagong Awami League.

He was a royal and multifaceted personality. He became a very successful determine politician, along with business, banking, insurance and industry. He was an important national leader in the politics of Awami League. Chowdhury Babu was one of them. He gave his best for this country, which everyone will remember forever. He never lost his confidence in the face of adversity. Has fought bravely with any difficult situation.

Here I am writing about the work done by him in his difficult situation, the bright smile on the face of Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu is floating in my eyes.
